Meredith is a design professional with more than ten years of art directing experience in environmental, digital & print design. This includes seven years specifically focused in the retail environment (beauty). Meredith has the reputation of approaching all projects with enthusiasm & works well in collaborative team environments.
While living in North Carolina she worked as a Senior designer for a L'Oreal brand The Body Shop for 5 years & there she designed for social media; online & in-store retail; promotional events & experiential marketing; brand partnerships; public relations; CRM initiatives; promotional apparel; & print & online advertising.
Since moving to Los Angeles, Meredith worked as a web designer for Big 5’s e-commerce department developing their email marketing program as well as designing assets for their website & social media platforms.
Meredith and I were co-workers on the Red Hat brand team for several years, and I always looked forward to opportunities for us to work together. Why? Because Meredith is not only an extremely talented designer, but she lives her life with an infectious joy and emanates positive energy wherever she goes -- sadly, a rarity in a corporate workspace. It was always an immense pleasure to work with Meredith. On a professional level, Meredith was always striving for improvement; as good as her work was, she was interested in learning how to make it even better. In the years since leaving Red Hat, I know Meredith has continued to strive to realize her great promise and potential as a designer. As I've always thought, 'this girl is one to watch!'
